Palms Restaurant

The Palms has a new concept, Palms x Blitz, which begins with the magical touch given by David Liptay, a Hungarian chef with a background connected to extreme sports and surfing, and his wife, Anna Bárath. The couple moved to Costa da Caparica and met Gregory through surfing. "Naturally, we want to be authentic: and authenticity means being aware of our surroundings, the fields, the farms, the products around us, and in general where we are. With the move to Portugal, our culinary vision has opened to a much wider range, where the great ingredients are everywhere, from the ocean to the land and back to the mountains or the beautiful pastures of the Atlantic islands. Coming from central Europe, where the four seasons strictly constitute what you cook, the abundant availability of produce here is absolutely overwhelming. We call Portugal the California of Europe for good reason," Coherence, quality, and consistency are the secret of this duo, who focuses on bringing out of the kitchen a variety of pizzas, made with local ingredients and as natural as possible.

Queimado

Our philosophy remains the same, great seasonal and local produce meets FIRE! After a short winter break Queimado is swapping the hustle and bustle of the city for the beach life and will be taking up residence at Palms Dr Bernard for summer.
